Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk any variety
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Add rolled oats to a mixing bowl or jar.
  2. Pour in milk and stir to combine.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Fold in chopped strawberries and chia seeds.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
  6. Stir before serving and top with extra strawberries if desired.

  • Adjust sweetness according to taste preference.
