Method
- Grease a 9x13-inch pan with butter.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and a few drops of green food coloring if desired.
- Fold in Lucky Charms cereal until evenly coated.
- Press mixture into the prepared pan using a buttered spatula.
- Allow to cool completely, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For extra festive flair, sprinkle additional marshmallows or edible shamrock decorations on top before the mixture sets.
