Method
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add carrots, celery, and mushrooms; cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Pour in broth, soy sauce, and sriracha; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in sesame oil and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and cilantro.
Notes
- Use frozen shrimp if fresh isn’t available and adjust spice level to your taste.
