Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix peanut butter, coconut oil, honey, protein powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spoon half of the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl and melt, stirring every 20 seconds.
  4. Pour a small layer of melted chocolate into each liner.
  5. Freeze for 5 minutes to set.
  6. Add a layer of peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate in each liner.
  7. Top with remaining melted chocolate and smooth the tops.
  8. Refrigerate or freeze for 10–15 minutes until firm.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use high-quality dark chocolate for best flavor and consider adding a pinch of sea salt on top for a gourmet touch.
