Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup protein powder vanilla or chocolate
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time until fully combined.
  4. Sift together protein powder, cocoa, baking powder, and salt, then fold into the wet mixture.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For extra fudginess, slightly underbake and allow brownies to set in the fridge.
