Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until fully combined.
- Sift together protein powder, cocoa, baking powder, and salt, then fold into the wet mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For extra fudginess, slightly underbake and allow brownies to set in the fridge.
