Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate melted (for coating)

Method
 

  1. Pulse pecans, dates, oats, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a food processor until a sticky mixture forms.
  2. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Dip each ball into melted dark chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
