Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 –3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts if using.
  3. Pour mixture into a lined 8×8-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Remove from freezer, cut into bars, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For easier cutting, let bars sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing.
