Method
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips and nuts if using.
- Pour mixture into a lined 8×8-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Remove from freezer, cut into bars, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For easier cutting, let bars sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing.
