Method
- In a large bowl, combine diced peaches, marshmallows, and cubed cheesecake.
- Crush graham crackers into small pieces and add them to the bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the peach mixture until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
