No-Bake Peanut Butter Oat Cups Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips optional
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add oats and salt, stirring until fully combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Spoon mixture into a lined muffin tin, pressing firmly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  6. Remove from muffin tin and enjoy.
