Method
- In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add oats and salt, stirring until fully combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Spoon mixture into a lined muffin tin, pressing firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Remove from muffin tin and enjoy.
