Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands.
  5. Place balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.

Notes
