Ingredients
Method
- In a bowl mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and add about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center.
- Fold the sides and roll tightly, sealing the edge with a little water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls for 3–4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with ranch, sour cream, or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use gloves while chopping jalapeños to avoid skin irritation.
- For a milder flavor remove all jalapeño seeds and membranes.
- You can also bake them at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes instead of frying.
- Air frying at 190°C for 8–10 minutes also works well for a lighter option.
