Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt optional for creaminess

Method
 

  1. Add oats to a mixing bowl or jar.
  2. Pour in milk and stir well to combine.
  3. Mix in maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Stir in Greek yogurt if using.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Stir before serving and add your favorite toppings if desired.

Notes

  • Use almond or oat milk for a dairy-free version.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
  • Top with sliced bananas, chopped nuts, or extra brown sugar.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
