Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or any plant milk
  • 1 –2 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • Fresh pineapple or mint for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Place frozen pineapple chunks and coconut milk in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape sides if needed.
  3. Add honey or vanilla extract if desired and blend briefly.
  4. Serve immediately for soft-serve texture or freeze 10–15 min for firmer consistency.
  5. Garnish with fresh pineapple or mint if desired.

Notes

  • Use ripe, sweet pineapple for the best flavor.
  • Coconut milk adds creaminess, but any milk works.
  • Serve immediately for soft-serve or store in freezer in airtight container.
