Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl whisk together gluten-free flour baking soda and salt.
In another bowl beat butter brown sugar and granulated sugar until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
Fold in gluten-free chocolate chips evenly.
Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet leaving space between cookies.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to rack.
