 Fried Cinnamon Bananas Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas sliced lengthwise or into rounds
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted.
  2. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Add banana slices to the skillet and sprinkle sugar-cinnamon mixture over them.
  4. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and caramelized.
  5. Drizzle with vanilla extract if using and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm bananas to avoid mushy texture. Serve with ice cream or yogurt for extra indulgence.
