Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 3 tablespoons Fireball whiskey
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Extra powdered sugar for rolling

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and chopped pecans.
  2. Add Fireball whiskey and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Roll each ball in extra powdered sugar to coat.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, toast the pecans lightly before mixing. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
