Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in flour and salt until combined.
  4. Fold in chopped pecans and pour mixture into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until set and golden brown on top.
  6. Cool completely, then cut into bars and serve.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
