Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and salt, then stir to combine.
  4. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until fully incorporated and thick.
  5. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Use natural peanut butter only if well stirred and not too oily.
  • For chocolate swirl, drizzle melted chocolate on top before chilling.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes to achieve a softer texture.
