Method
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- Mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
- Roll mixture into small balls and place on a lined baking tray.
- Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate (and coconut oil if using) until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate and coat completely.
- Place back on tray and add toppings if desired.
- Refrigerate for another 20–30 minutes until chocolate is set.
Notes
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened for smooth mixing.
- Chill the balls well before dipping to prevent breaking.
- Use a fork or dipping tool for easier chocolate coating.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
