Method
- Cut cheese into bite-sized cubes and place in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, chili flakes, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Pour the marinade over the cheese cubes and toss gently to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2–4 hours to marinate.
- Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- For a stronger flavor, marinate overnight and use a mix of your favorite herbs.
