Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ditalini pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Cook ditalini pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth and creamy.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the creamiest texture and best flavor.
