Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until completely smooth.
  2. Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, peanut butter, and salt, then blend again until creamy.
  3. Stir in almond flour until fully combined.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Chill for 15–20 minutes for thicker texture or enjoy immediately.
