Roll dough out on a floured surface and cut into desired shapes.
Place cookies on prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
