Ingredients
  

  • 9 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries chopped
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips until smooth.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Pour melted chocolate over Rice Chex and gently toss to coat.
  4. Add chopped dried cherries and mix evenly.
  5. Place coated cereal in a large resealable bag with powdered sugar.
  6. Shake until cereal is evenly coated with powdered sugar.
  7. Spread on a baking sheet to cool and set for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Use high-quality white chocolate for the creamiest coating and adjust dried cherries to your taste.
