Cherry Cheesecake Egg Rolls Recipe

These Cherry Cheesecake Egg Rolls are a delightful dessert twist combining creamy cheesecake filling with sweet cherry pie filling wrapped in crispy egg roll wrappers. Perfect for parties, snacks, or a fun treat anytime. Crispy on the outside, gooey and fruity on the inside, they’re irresistible!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cherry pie filling
  • 6 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg beaten (for sealing)
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of cream cheese mixture in the center.
  3. Add a spoonful of cherry pie filling on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Fold the sides of the wrapper, then roll tightly, sealing edges with beaten egg.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.

Notes

  • You can bake instead of frying for a healthier option; brush with oil and bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes.
