Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken slices, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook until chicken is done.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
  5. Spread mayonnaise mixed with lemon juice over each tortilla.
  6. Layer chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, lettuce, and tomatoes on each tortilla.
  7. Roll up the tortillas tightly into wraps.
  8. Optionally, grill the wraps for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  9. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can swap cheddar and mozzarella with your favorite cheese or add avocado for extra creaminess.
