Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken slices, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook until chicken is done.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
- Spread mayonnaise mixed with lemon juice over each tortilla.
- Layer chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, lettuce, and tomatoes on each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly into wraps.
- Optionally, grill the wraps for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can swap cheddar and mozzarella with your favorite cheese or add avocado for extra creaminess.
