Ingredients
  

  • 1 box 15.25 oz cake mix (any flavor)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or mix-ins optional
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar optional for rolling

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil.
  4. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips or desired mix-ins.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto prepared baking sheet.
  7. Roll in powdered sugar if desired.
  8. Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set.
  9. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Do not overbake to keep cookies soft and chewy.
  • Use different cake mix flavors for variety.
  • Add sprinkles for a fun birthday version.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
