Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon optional
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings of choice: nuts fruits, seeds

Method
 

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Stir well to mix all ingredients evenly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6-8 hours.
  4. In the morning, stir oats and add your favorite toppings before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness and milk consistency as desired; overnight soaking softens oats perfectly.
