Amaretto Pistachio Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp amaretto liqueur
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios plus extra for topping
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium heat.
  3. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract, amaretto, chopped pistachios, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Sprinkle extra pistachios on top and press lightly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Use high-quality white chocolate for a creamier texture and flavor.
