Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add peanut butter and cocoa powder to the mashed bananas.
- Mix everything until fully combined and smooth.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness and better flavor.
- You can add chocolate chips or chopped nuts for extra texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 days or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
